Nurture nature.

While there is certainly beauty to be found in nature (especially in Canada), but sometimes it can be hard to really appreciate it all mean you can’t feel your toes. Having that nature-feel around you can do a lot to brighten your day and will encourage you to get outside among the greenery. You really need to find excuses to get outside. Not just for exercise, but to get some fresh air and let yourself think in a more open space.
